Olusheyi Ogunleye

Olusheyi Ogunleye began his career with the TSA in April 2003 as a Security Manager at the Oakland International Metropolitan Airport (OAK), California. He became the Customer Support & Quality Improvement Manager in August 2005, and was detailed to the TSA Office of Security Operations (OSO) in Arlington, VA as a Program Analyst in January 2008.

In the same year, he returned to OAK as theStakeholder Liaison Manager, while also serving as the TSA liaison to FEMA Region IX located in Oakland California. In January 2009, Mr. Ogunleye was selected as the Deputy Assistant Federal Security Director for Screening at the San Francisco International Airport (SFO). He transitioned to George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), Houston Texas in 2012 as the Director for Screening
Operations, a role he served in for eight years.

He was selected as the TSA Representative to West Africa (TSAR-WA) in July 2020. In March of 2022, Mr. Ogunleye took on the role of Assistant Vice President for Airport Security/Airport Security Coordinator at the second busiest airport in the world – DFW Airport. He is currently the CEO of Decision Gates LLC, a foremost aviation security and anti-terrorist agency based in the USA and Nigeria. He is a 2018 Senior Leadership Development SES Program graduate from the American University in Washington D.C., and a holder of two degrees in Mathematics/Statistics, and Computer Telecommunications Network Management.
